High-Quality Online Design, Teaching & Learning for Students with Low-Bandwidth Access

When designing for the success of all learners, it is imperative to consider students with low-bandwidth and technology access issues. Intentional design practices can ensure students remain engaged and can successfully navigate the course. This session will provide discussion around design for high-quality online teaching and learning.

Michelle Bartlett, Ph.D. is a faculty scholar at the Belk Center at NC State University. She is Editor for the Career & Technical Education Research Journal. She has experience designing and facilitating training for education, business and government programs in Executive Leadership, Conflict Management, Empowering Middle Management, Improving Training Effectiveness and Instructional Design.
