Transformation of a Hands-on, Highly Interactive Workshop to a Virtual Space with the use of Zoom and Miro

What does an organization do when they provide solely in-person, highly interactive workshops, a pandemic hits, and travel and in-person training is paused for an undetermined amount of time? Like many, they must pivot…. But how? Join us as we explore how Fearless Agility transformed their offerings based upon sound practice and principles which are transferable to other hands-on teaching and learning opportunities. After attending this session, participants will be able to identify hands-on learning challenges in virtual environments, interventions to mitigate or overcome the challenges, brain-science principles and the 4C instructional design process used in the “Teaching from the Back of The Room” approach. Participants will gain familiarity with the MIRO collaboration space used in conjunction with Zoom to transform two highly interactive online workshops to the virtual space.
