Evaluating the Availability of Services for Online Students

Online student support is a cross-institutional endeavor which benefiting all students.  Requiring administration leading the institution to provide student support. Using a self-study approach, an institution can improve the services to support the success of online students. Service availability improved at a large regional institution. 

Victoria Brown, Ed. D. is the Associate Professor and former Assistant Provost of eLearning at Florida Atlantic University. She has collaborated on 61 published works about distance learning and access to education. She co-authored the Online Student Support Scorecard available at the Online Learning Consortium.
